WE BELIEVE IN TRUST, TRANSPARENCY AND TRUTH

Do you know who is producing the garments and fabrics you are using for your users? Do you know where they produce the garments and the quality controls they do to ensure the protection? Do you know the regulation the producers shall follow to be able to sell the PPEs?

We can answer all this questions. In wholesafety we really want our customers to know the importancy of the protection of the users and to know the truth behind the certifications, manufacturing, tests, and the whole process which we are following from buying the fabric to deliver the final garment.

Trust is the most important characteristics that can be between customer and supplier. We need to be transparent to have trust, and we do not want to hide anything relevant from our company.

The first and most important point for us at Wolesafety Group is who physically takes care of the entire process. Yes, of course, procedures are important, and checklists are vital for the quality of garments. But a well-educated, motivated, cohesive, and organized team is the foundation for good, and moreover, safe output. Frankly speaking, we are proud of our team!

Here you may find the steps we follow since we buy the fabric until we deliver the garment:

  1. Fabric is our primary consideration, so we only use “branded” fabrics. For ARC RATED clothing, we also ensure we know the fabric fiber manufacturers. “It’s like having a good chef who knows the farmer providing the milk and eggs for his cakes. Anyhow, when the fabric reaches our facility, we check it for any breaches, holes, or tears. We also make sure the color is okay. Since the process involves humans and shipping, there may be some minor failures, which is why a double check is always important.”
  1. The pattern check is another step to verify that we are providing the correct items and in the correct size. Our Pattern Master team periodically verifies the patterns and updates them if necessary.
  2. The stitching process involves multiple steps. Each step is thoroughly checked for strength and cleanliness.
  3. It is crucial to ensure that trims like zippers, velcro, and buttons can withstand potential stress during an arc event. We meticulously inspect all mounted trims to prevent any failures.
  4. Finally, we check the logo and the care labels… and now, after incorporating the user’s instructions, your garment is ready to be packed.

Ah! Don’t forget that each garment is certified, meaning it has passed many tests to be approved. Also, it undergoes random testing every year.
